Help Coronado's Steve Wampler Nab an ESPY Award

Last year, Coronado resident Steve Wampler became the first person with Cerebral Palsy to scale the daunting 3,000 foot vertical face of El Capitan at Yosemite National Park. You may remember the national news coverage pertaining to Steve's courageous climb to raise awareness for Cerebral Palsy and his nonprofit organization for disabled children.

Now Steve is nominated for an ESPY award. If you would like to vote for Steve, click here. You'll be rerouted to eCoronado, where Steve has posted a personal message and instructions for voting.

I voted and it took a few seconds of my time. It's well worth the effort to honor a true hero.

Good luck, Steve!
